Inprevail, is owned and operated in Germany by Herman Swart, currently as a sole proprietor.

Inprevail (Formerly Genesys People Solutions), was first started in Cape Town South Africa in the year 2003. The company was grounded with the focus of creating custom Human Resource software for its clients. The founder, Herman Swart, learned the importance of excellent recruitment through providing for his own company's staffing needs. Having succesfully met the staffing needs of his own company, the founder's gained expertise naturally evolved into establishing a recruitment agency that delivers the same unwavering quality to valued clients.

Inprevail was established in Germany on 20 June 2023. With a main focus on bridging the critical skills gap within the IT sector, Inprevail specializes in providing high-caliber IT professionals to companies across Germany. Leveraging the founder's extensive international experience gained from living and working on multiple continents, Inprevail possesses a unique advantage in addressing the pressing skills shortage by leveraging international connections to channel the best talent to where it is most needed.
